Akköse Residence, which pieces together housing units, commercial units, social facility, offices and green areas with circulation areas, has its general functions located southward. Totally covering 20.000 m² area, three different types of house units consists of single storey, duplex and triplex options. Commercial units and offices contain 8.500 m² area. In the design proccess of the mass, first priority was to divide functions into units. Later on, units are dislocated in order to gain more space. But on the daylight and natural ventilation matters, heights of the masses are changed. Functions are divided with spaces and along these paths.
