In this Balıkesir Trade Center project which consists of commercial and office functions, main and intermediate connections between masses provides streets and open spaces that meet with them. In addition to these created spaces, open sports areas are also designed. While on the ground storeys, commercial functions are placed, other office functions are positioned upper levels so as to specialize them.
