The land is located 5 km south from the city center and inside the borders of central district of Kastamonu, between Örencik Village and Budamış Village. It is a great advantage to the area that being so close to the Kastamonu Airport. At its southeast, there is a picnic area called Uzunyazı, it has a green nature. Economy of the region mostly depend on agriculture of farming, therefore settlement of people is not a common thing.
